Shipping Policy
Order Processing
- In-stock orders ship within 24 hours.
- Weekend and holiday orders will be processed the next business day.
- All hardware is sold individually, per piece. Product images may show multiple items for reference only and do not represent the quantity included in your order.
- If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2–3 business days to arrive at our facility and will be shipped to you promptly. Some manufacturer-sourced parts may take up to 5–6 business days before shipping.
- In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to locate one for you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Methods & Transit Times
- Ground shipments typically take 2–7 business days depending on your location.
- Overnight shipping is available for an additional cost.
- We cannot guarantee transit times for ground or oversized shipments.
- Oversized shipments may incur additional shipping charges. You will be contacted for approval before the order ships.
- Carrier substitutions may be made at our discretion to reduce shipping cost and/or delivery time.
- Shipping costs are subject to change.
- We are not responsible for carrier delays in transit.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship internationally.
- We do not ship COD orders.
- Large autobody and sheet metal parts (bumpers, quarter panels, doors, fenders, etc.) must be picked up in store and cannot be shipped via standard carriers.
- Ford Crash Parts (CP) program: We are not part of the Ford CP program. Part numbers ending in “CP” may appear on the website but are not available for order through us and are displayed for informational purposes only.
Damaged Shipments
- All damaged items must be reported within 3 days of receiving your shipment.
- A replacement part will not be reordered or shipped until the damage claim is approved by extend.
- Refunds will not be issued until the claim is approved by the carrier.
Lost Packages
- Lost packages must be reported to us within 5 days of the expected delivery date so we can file a claim with the carrier.
- If the carrier cannot locate the package after their investigation, a replacement part will be sent or a refund issued.
